I have been purchasing this product for years-at least 6 years if not more. It does help my digestion, and it also strengthens my immune system. When my immune system is down I get cold sores-few times a months-however, when I take primal defense it strengthens my immune system and I don't get cold sore(to my understanding and research, cold sores erupt when immune system is down. Also, I have acidity problems and the probiotics helps to keep it in check, if I also take care of my diet-having more alkalizing fool. Great product.
