My allergist suggested that I buy one of these "peak flow meters" because I sometimes feel short of breath. This device measures how much wind you can blow out and lets you know where you are with your breathing. I found out that I breathe normally and most of the problem was in my head. So any time I am feeling short of breath, I can measure my breathing to find out what's up. I highly recommend this Peak Flow Meter for its design, compact self-carrying case and ease of use. For some reason,I could not get one at my local pharmacy, but they were right here on Amazon.com.

Questions to Ask During a Caregiver Interview

If an interview with a personal adviser support, it is important to behavioral interview questions that you ask an insight into the trends and temperament of a potential supervisor. Make sure that the carer is expected to what you, that their role is, is clear. Make sure things like bowel care, Trach / vent care and personalHygiene are clearly presented during the interview. You do not want anything left unsaid in the expectation between the nurses and patients. In addition, many caregivers expect from the position back after hearing about your expectations. It is better that both parties are transparent in terms of expectations as to find out a month after the training of supervisors, that they do not fit your needs.
